Voel je je net een jojo?
Vlieg je ook de héle tijd op en neer van je hoofd naar je hart?
Nou...ik ook!
Als ik even niet oplet...hóep..regelrecht naar m'n hoofd, waar zorgelijkheid woont en gedachten een feestje vieren!
Tot...ik het in de gaten heb...en m'n aandacht weer naar mijn hart breng...waar het vredig is, liefdevol en waar het ware weten woont.
Hehe...relax...het hart is fijn...glimlachend loop ik licht verder.
Tot ongeveer 30 passen verder...ik merk dat ik alwéér loop te denken!
Je kent het wel; moet nog dit en dat doen, dat moet ik regelen..wat nou als dat niet lukt, wat als blablabla...STOP!
Betrapt! 
Terug naar het hart.
Glimlach mijn onschuldigste glimlach.
Wees bewust...niet denken...bewust zijn, (wat op zich al moeilijk is zonder na te denken, zonder analyseren) we zijn zo verslaafd aan denken, dat eeuwige zelf obstructieve denken!

Zoals Eckhart Tolle zegt ; '' Je zorgen maken lost nooit iets op''
Neem die woorden in je op...want oh oh wat zijn we er dol op om ons zorgen te maken!
En hij heeft (natuurlijk) gelijk...het lost nooit iets op, verandert niets en je krijgt er niets mee gedaan!

Dus..blijf in je hart..lach en weet dat, omdat jij  lacht...de wereld een betere plek is.
De nieuwe aarde is waar het hart is.

Head heart head heart head heart (English)

Feeling like a jojo?
Bobbing up and down from yer head to yer heart...ALL the time?
Well same here.
When i am not paying attention...woop..straight to the head, where worries live and thoughts are having a ball!
Untill i notice...and i drop right back into my heart..where its peacefull, loving..its where the true knowing lives.
Ahh...relax...the heart is good...and with a smile in ease i walk along.
About 30 steps later...i notice me thinking again!
You know; gotta do this and that, have to take care of that...what if i can't make it, what if blahblahblah....STOP!
Caught myself!
Back to the heart.
Smile my goofy smile.
Be aware...don't think...just be aware, (wich in itself is hard to do without thinking about it, with analysing) we are so addicted to thinking, this ever selfobstructive thinking!

Like Eckhart Tolle says: ''worry never solves anything''
Take in those words....cause by golly we loooove to worry!
And he is (ofcourse) right..it never solves anything, changes anything or gets anything done!

So..be in the heart...smile and know, for when you smile...the world is a better place.
The new earth is where the heart is.

Riding the wave..(English)

Like a roaring thundering wave, the 11-11-11 completely swept us of our feet..some riding the wave, some going under, tumbeling, screaming  - for fear or for joy - gasping, wildly paddeling (or calm) ...but as waves do, this one too came to shore, last weekend.
Some painfully hit the rocks, other rolled on to the beach with ease...but all of us looked around in amazement.
Some with sorrow for what was lost, some smiling for what was gained.

This shift was a big one.
We managed to pull all of our energy together, to change all that we knew into...all we have always known, on a whole other level.
We landed on the playground of unified consciousness, but being the adults we are, most of us have totally forgotten how to play!
So..some of us find a bench to sitt down, close their eyes and contemplate, many talk to others, some are yelling in anger, and some feel o so lost...
(and yes...some have no idea somthing happened)
Many know, maby not from their heads , but from their hearts, that we have created  the opportunity to create an loving, sharing, warm, laughter-filled and uncomplicated earth.

This transformation has changed everything..the air we breathe, the ground we walk on, the love we share..
Now is the time to be in your heart, see the heart of eachother, connecting hearts, to live and give freely from the heart.
Your higher self, the I AM, the God-power, is not a force from outside ourselves, its not something others need to pass on or teach (truely there is no other) it is all in us.
All knowledge, all that is good, ALL is in us..we are ALL.

Surfend op de golven...(Nederlands)

Als een enorme stampende donderende golf gooide 11-11-11 ons volledig ondersteboven...sommige surfend op de golf, sommige kopje onder; tuimelend, schreeuwend - van plezier of van angst - naar adem happend, wild zwemmend (of kalm) ...maar zoals golven eigen is, kwam deze eindelijk aan land het afgelopen weekend.
Sommige kwamen met een pijnlijke klap op de rotsen terecht, anderen rolden ontspannen en met gemak het strand op...maar allemaal keken we verbaasd om ons heen.
Sommigen met verdriet om wat verloren is gegaan, anderen glimlachend om alles wat nieuw is.

Deze transformatie was een enorme.
Het is ons gelukt met vereende energie alles dat we kenden te veranderen in...alles dat we altijd gekend hébben, op een heel ander niveau.
We zijn terechtgekomen in de speeltuin van het eenheidbewustzijn, maar volwassenen die we zijn, zijn de meesten van ons vergeten hoe dat ook alweer ging; spélen!
Dus..sommige zoeken een bankje, sluiten hun ogen en denken es na, velen praten met anderen, sommige schreeuwen, zijn boos, en sommige voelen zich o zo verloren...
(en ja...sommige hebben géén idee wat er gebeurd is)
Velen weten, niet in hun hoofd, maar in hun hart, dat we de kans hebben gecreëerd om een warme ongecompliceerde, liefdevolle aarde te creëren, waar samen gedeeld wordt en samen gelachen.

Deze 'shift' heeft alles veranderd....de lucht die we inademen, de grond waarop we lopen, de liefde die we delen..
Nu is het tijd om in je hart te zijn, het hart van anderen te zien, harten te verbinden, te leven en vrij te geven vanuit je hart.
Je hogere zelf, je I AM, de Goddelijke kracht, is geen kracht buiten onszelf, het is niet iets dat anderen hoeven door te geven of te onderwijzen (er zijn immers eigenlijk geen anderen) het is allemaal in onszelf.
Alle kennis, alles dat goed is, ALLES zijn wij..en wij zijn het AL.

Allemaal een beetje te vaag voor je?
Okee, weet dat dat je vet geweldig bent! You are great, you are love, lets celebrate!!!
